Questions about the community
Is the VoiceDock community free?
Yes. Joining the Discord server is free, and you do not need a VoiceDock account to join.
What language is the community in?
English. The server is international, and so are the people building on VoiceDock.
Where do I get help with my account or an invoice?
Email support@hmsovereign.com with your organization ID. That keeps your account details out of a public channel. Questions about building go to the help forum in the server.
Can I find an agency or a developer there?
Yes, in the hire-and-offer forum. If you would rather have us build and run your voice agent with you, book an intake, or read how we work with agencies.
Where do I start if I have never built a voice agent?
Start with the docs and the developer overview, then ask in the help forum where you got stuck. The insights cover the problems that only show up on a real phone line.
